Today, we're excited to see Warren announce a €10 million seed round led by Motive Partners.
Founded by Cedric De Vleeschauwer, David Du Pré and Jos Polfliet, Warren is building a new approach to workplace pensions and financial wellbeing. Through its own regulated pension fund and financial coaching platform, the company helps employees better understand, manage, and grow their long-term wealth.
Workplace pensions are among the largest benefits employers provide, yet often among the least understood by employees.
Many pension products remain complex, opaque, and difficult to engage with. Employees have limited visibility into how their pension is invested or what retirement outcome they can realistically expect. At the same time, employers spend significant amounts on pension plans that often generate little engagement.
Warren believes there is a better way.
The company obtained its own IBP licence in 2025 and launched Warren Pension Fund OFP, allowing employers to offer a more transparent pension solution while maintaining the same pension budget. Alongside the pension fund, Warren has built a financial coaching platform that helps employees navigate pensions, mortgages, insurance, and investments.
The company's progress so far has been impressive. Within roughly a year of launching its pension fund, around 100 Belgian companies, including Lighthouse, Yuki, Wintercircus, and Poppy Mobility, have chosen Warren as their pension partner. Thousands of employees now use the platform to manage their pensions and broader financial wellbeing.
“Finance and HR teams are hearing the same question more and more: where does this money actually go, and what do I really get back? Traditional pension products are still too often a black box. The money leaves, but it generates neither a better financial outcome for the employee nor a stronger employer brand. Employers understand the urgency now, and they're not waiting around.”
- David du Pré, Co-founder and CCO of Warren
The fresh capital will help Warren accelerate growth, expand the team, and prepare for expansion. The company is targeting 100,000 employees on the platform by 2028 before entering larger European markets.
We're proud to continue supporting Warren as they work to build the next generation of workplace pension infrastructure.
